Cape Coppermine is one of the best developments in the area with a beach, play structure & boat launch available for use by all landowners in this subdivision.

The Cape Coppermine Landowners Association serves the interests of owners in the Cape Coppermine development. The Association works for the common good of all members, and the maintenance and enhancement of the quality of life on Lac du Bonnet. 

This is a not for profit association, working toward common goals of bettering the Cape Coppermine development, by planning, promoting, administering, and financing activities throughout the year which foster a healthy community spirit.

2024 Annual General Meeting – April 24th 2023, 7:00pm

Each year the residents of Cape Coppermine are invited to our Annual General Meeting during which we will discuss topics of interest to all.

This years’ meeting will be held on Wednesday April 24th 2024 at the Canadian Legion located at 3600 Devries Avenue near Henderson Hwy and the North Perimeter.  The meeting will start promptly at 7:00pm with registration beginning at 6:30pm. Agenda will be emailed to all closer to the date of the meeting.

Membership dues will be collected during the meeting ($50.00 per membership) and exact change or cheque would be appreciated. We will also distribute boat launch keys during the meeting so bring your old key to exchange.

In order to vote on issues during the meeting you need to be a PAID member – one vote per landowner. Each membership entitled to vote may appoint a proxy holder to attend and act on their behalf. The proxy must be submitted in writing and signed by the member before the AGM to be valid.

2024 Annual Membership and Boat Launch Key

Each year we collect dues from our members which are used to keep our beach area, maintenance shed and boat launch area in top shape. As well,  several events throughout the cottage season are hosted to bring our community together in fun, informal ways.

We will begin distribution of boat launch keys at the Annual General Meeting on April 24th, 2024. If you are unable to attend the annual general meeting, you may pay for dues ($50) and get a key for the boat launch by  contacting:

  • Please call or text ahead of time to arrange pickup


You may also pay dues by EFT to Lee-Anne Gobeil (leeanneg@shaw.ca) or text 204-801-8652 and she will send a receipt and you can then pickup your launch key from Russ. In the event that Russ is unavailable, Lee-Anne will also be able to distribute keys on weekends.

While down at the boat launch / beach area:

  • Please park ATVs & golf carts in designated areas – NOT near the boat launch or docks to allow vehicles with trailers and boats room to turn around and access the launch.
